Every formulation is reviewed by our co-founder Dr. Sarah Amini, then handed to a chef trained in Persian botanical cuisine. We refuse to ship anything that fails either palate.

Saffron from a single cooperative in Khorasan. Khakshir from the high steppes of Mazandaran. Damask rose distilled in Qamsar. We pay above-market, and we name our farmers on the inside of every label.
